Flow

A fun and challenging class, you can expect to work towards a peak pose, or explore a concept or area of the body in more detail. All levels welcome, but some previous experience with yoga can be helpful. Come to learn, stay for inspiration.

Yin

Primarily practised on the floor, you can expect to hold yin poses between 2-5 minutes to increase flexibility and circulation, and improve joint mobility. Find calm, and reduce stress and anxiety. Your mind and body are simply allowed to be. All levels welcome. Come for the stretch, stay and unwind.

A class balanced with breathing techniques, meditation and yin, it is a complete treat for your body, mind and heart. A perfect place to rest and reset. All levels welcome. Come to relax, stay and bliss out.
